This renovation project, located in the Jaume Roig district, arose from the need to transform a traditional layout into a more open, functional, and luminous apartment. The intervention focuses on a clean and orderly aesthetic, dispensing with unnecessary internal divisions to create a fluid open-plan living area that integrates the lounge, dining room, and kitchen.

Materials play a fundamental role in the home’s atmosphere. The use of oak wood flooring provides warmth and texture throughout every room, creating a sophisticated contrast with the white walls and custom-made furniture. In the kitchen, the design revolves around a large peninsula that serves as the heart of the home, combining a workspace with a social gathering area. One of the most meticulously crafted details of the project is the interior carpentry. Flush-frame doors were installed, integrating the ducted air conditioning vents into the upper paneling, thereby avoiding visible elements on the false ceiling.
