This project stems from the challenge of converting the basement of the Cicerone headquarters into a multi-purpose corporate environment, serving as a showcase for the technical expertise of our renovation firm in Valencia. The approach for this 100 m² space was to reclaim an unused area and transform it into a relaxation zone for the team, while simultaneously creating a live showroom where clients can experience firsthand the quality of a high end comprehensive renovation in Valencia.
The intervention involved a deep structural and aesthetic overhaul, prioritizing spatial optimization and light enhancement—key premises in high-end design renovations in Valencia. The heart of the space features a custom kitchen with cabinetry lacquered in a warm tone, crowned by a large-format stone countertop and backsplash. This niche is enhanced by integrated ceiling lighting, achieving perfect chromatic harmony with the overall interior design of the premises.
In the bathroom, the spotlight is shared by the pink handcrafted hexagonal ceramic tiles (set on the accent wall) and the large-format grey tiles cladding the remaining walls. The sink area was resolved with a floating natural stone countertop supporting a single-piece basin, beautifully finished with concealed copper tapware.
To infuse the space with the singularity that defines our renovations in Valencia, several indirectly illuminated drywall niches were crafted, featuring backing lined with cream and green ceramic tiles. As a nod to the building’s architectural heritage, the original exposed concrete pillar was left bare, organically integrating it into the new interior design.
