This exclusive renovation <\/strong>project began after a company acquired two commercial premises in the neighborhood of Ruzafa<\/strong>. Despite being a real estate investment, it was planned to carry out an elegant comprehensive renovation full of quality details.<\/p> \n \n

The fact that the two commercial spaces were adjacent allowed them to be merged into a single open space, highlighted by three large windows on the main fa\u00e7ade. The high ceilings provided the opportunity to conceal air conditioning ducts without losing the sense of spaciousness. Two recessed sections finished with wooden slats on a black background added a touch of elegance, breaking the continuity and simplicity of the ceilings. <\/p> \n \n

To maintain the modern and sophisticated design, the concrete of the columns was exposed, and an anthracite color was chosen for the exterior carpentry. In contrast, laminated parquet flooring with a sawed effect and the restoration of several original exposed brick walls brought warmth to the overall design. <\/p> \n \n

In the bathroom, the standout feature is the decorative wall, made with small-format tiles in light blue. This wall required meticulous and extremely detailed execution, as the layout of the tiles and their joints had to accommodate the integration of the mirror and countertop without cutting any tiles. The soft color chosen for the decorative wall and the sink perfectly complements the golden tones of the fixtures and countertop. <\/p> \n \n
