The project aimed for a modern style with quality finishes and great functionality. Enlarging openings in the fa\u00e7ade allowed the interior and exterior spaces to connect, increasing natural light and providing terrace access from every room.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The open-concept design of the living-dining area and kitchen presented a challenge due to the presence of several structural columns with hanging beams in the passage areas. The solution was to expose the concrete structure, leaving it visible. This approach not only helped differentiate the various spaces but also reinforced the modern aesthetic of the design.<br\/>The <strong>architectural project<\/strong> incorporated lighting based on strategically placed downlights to highlight specific elements. The custom carpentry work also deserves special mention for the attention to detail.
