In this case, <strong>Cicerone<\/strong> took on the role of <strong>construction company<\/strong> to carry out the renovation project designed by an independent studio. <\/p>\n\n<p>The design aims for a simple yet elegant style, with a coastal touch that pays homage to its seaside location. The <strong>renovation <\/strong>preserves part of the original charm, combined with modern comforts and needs. A common feature of the project is the use of light tones throughout most surfaces in the apartment, enhancing brightness and emphasizing the colors of various furniture elements.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The interior and much of the exterior woodwork have been restored and preserved, harmonizing their tone and style with the new carpentry throughout the apartment. The kitchen follows the line of simplicity and elegance evident in the rest of the <strong>renovation<\/strong>. Despite its small size, its open design to the hallway, along with details such as high ceilings and a skylight, allows natural light to enter and creates a pleasant sense of space. For the floors, a continuous light-toned micro terrazzo was chosen to create continuity between spaces. To maximize available space, given the ceiling height, several storage areas were created.    <\/p>\n\n<p>The result is an exclusive seaside apartment located in the traditional <strong>El Caba\u00f1al<\/strong> neighborhood.
