This comprehensive renovation was carried out in a 120 m² apartment located in the centre of Valencia. The main objective was to update the property both functionally and aesthetically, adapting it to the current needs of its owners and improving the entry of natural light throughout all areas of the home.

One of the first steps of the project was to modify the original layout. Unnecessary corridors and partitions were removed in order to make better use of the available surface and create a larger day area. The living room, dining area and kitchen were brought together into a single open and bright space, where the kitchen was designed with simple lines and neutral finishes to integrate visually without dominating the rest of the environment.

The night area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is integrated into the main bedroom. In these spaces, a sober and coherent aesthetic was chosen, using a palette of neutral materials and colours. In the bathrooms, suspended furniture, built-in taps and continuous wall coverings contribute to a clean, practical and timeless appearance.

To unify the entire apartment, a herringbone vinyl floor was installed throughout all areas without interruption. This flooring not only adds warmth, but also reinforces the sense of continuity between the different spaces. From a technical point of view, both lighting and air conditioning were resolved through systems integrated into the false ceilings, maintaining a clean and orderly aesthetic with no unnecessary visible elements.

The result is a renovated, bright and well organized house, where every design decision meets the criteria of functionality, comfort and visual coherence, in the heart of Valencia.
