This intervention involved the comprehensive renovation of a 140 sqm apartment located in the historic center of Valencia. The project’s main objective was to completely transform the dwelling, endowing it with a contemporary and functional design, adapted to the demands of modern life.
The essence of the renovation lay in a complete redistribution of the interior space. The result is a home that now features two spacious bedrooms, one of them conceived with an integrated walk-in closet for maximum comfort. Two full bathrooms were designed, and an open kitchen seamlessly integrated with the living room, creating a social and luminous environment. A highlight is the commitment to floor-to-ceiling interior carpentry, crafted from stained oak, including built-in wardrobes, doors with integrated handles, and bespoke furniture, all designed to enhance visual continuity and optimize storage in every corner.
The quality of the finishes and the integration of elements were possible thanks to the collaboration with specialized companies. Nomi was commissioned to customize the kitchen, bathroom and living room furniture, incorporating the same Living Ceramics ceramic tiles used on the floors and walls for aesthetic coherence. The bathroom countertops, on the other hand, were made of Krion with mitered edges, ensuring durability and a clean design. This ambitious project was architecturally developed by Eseiesa Arquitectos, the lighting was provided by Illumination Works, and the execution of the work was carried out by Cicerone.
